Where do I download the latest version?
All installers, updates and PotoP OS images are on our distribution portal.
Open the distribution portalHow do I activate or renew a licence?
Licences are activated, renewed and moved between devices on the licensing portal, where you also find your invoices.
Open the licensing portalDoes PotoP need the cloud or an internet connection?
No cloud is required: our software runs on your own servers and keeps your video, AI analysis and business data there. A PotoP appliance only contacts our portals for licences and updates.
How it worksHow are updates delivered safely?
Updates come from our own distribution portal. PotoP OS checks every file against a checksum and a digital signature before installing, takes a snapshot first and rolls back by itself if an update fails.
Security of PotoP OSCan I use PotoP Enterprise Suite without PotoP VMS Studio?
Yes. The suite works on its own for any company with work to plan and people to send. Connected to PotoP VMS Studio, camera faults and system designs flow between them by themselves.
